Members |
The Federation operates with ‘Member’ and ‘Observer’ status. The Members are the Associations whose individual members are guidance practitioners. Observers are employers or associations of employers, academic or research bodies etc. Both Members and Observers retain their autonomy but gain added value from participation in the Federation. Formally Members have voting rights but this may be too formal and divisive given that there has never been necessity for a vote.

[NAMSS has recently withdrawn from the Federation as the core activity of its members was not perceived to coincide with that of the Federation.]
